The Gender Harmony Charter is the backbone of the Gender Harmony philosophy. It contains a set of principles (the Gender Harmony Principles) designed to guide how we think, engage and make decisions about gender progress.
All over the world, people are working to improve gender outcomes in business, education, law, media, and community life. But too often, these efforts remain fragmented, driven by different goals, languages, or ideologies.
The Gender Harmony Charter containing the Gender Harmony Principles provide a shared foundation that aligns diverse initiatives under one coherent vision. When we work from the same principles, impact multiplies and progress accelerates.
It isn’t a list of rules or policies. It is guidance that supports leaders, policymakers, educators, and changemakers to design solutions for gender progress that are inclusive, balanced and genuinely effective.
